1. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In Time: 3:00 PM or later.
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges and availability.
2. Reservation & Cancellation Policy
• All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
• Late Cancellation/No-Show: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, or failure to check in, will incur a one (1) night room charge plus applicable taxes.
3. Smoking Policy
• No Smoking: Sky Palm Motel is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas.
• A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest who violates the no-smoking policy.
4. Parking
• Complimentary on-site parking is available for registered guests. The motel is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or belongings left in vehicles.
5. Wi-Fi Access
• Complimentary wireless internet is available for all guests. Network details will be provided at check-in.
6. Guest Responsibility & Conduct
